Viene suonata nel trailer d'apertura del gioco, che appare se non si preme nessun tasto quando si ha davanti la schermata con i titoli di gioco, e durante la scena della morte di Cynthia Velasquez. Alcune frasi nella canzone sembrano riferirsi a Cynthia, tuttavia la canzone è si riferisce esplicitamente alla relazione di Walter Sullivan con i suoi genitori biologici e sua "madre", l'Appartamento 302.
