The note.
10:00 is a note written in blood that Harry Mason can find on the reception desk in Midwich Elementary School in Silent Hill.[1]
Guide
The note is on top of the reception desk immediately left after entering the elementary school. After entering the doorway into the reception area, the camera will focus on the note sitting in pools of blood.
The note guides the player to the Old Man's Hand puzzle.
