Al Yang (楊承圃, Yáng Chéngpǔ)[1] is a video game developer and the studio creative/design director of NeoBards Entertainment. He directed Resident Evil: Resistance and Silent Hill ƒ, produced Shards of War, and worked as a designer on Final Fantasy XV: Pocket Edition.[2]
