Amy Baldwin is Ernest Baldwin's seven-year-old daughter who died in November ten years prior to the events of Silent Hill 2. Amy accidentally fell out of a window in the Baldwin Mansion's attic while retrieving a birthday card for her father. Her corpse was found with an empty envelope, much to Ernest's confusion.
When Maria finds the birthday card in the attic, Amy's voice tells her to give it to her father. Footsteps can also be heard while exploring the mansion, which may be Amy's ghost.
