A character mentioned in Silent Hill 2 was the mother of Angela Orosco and her brother, who were fathered by a man named Thomas.
History[]
Angela mistakes James Sunderland for her mother.
A woman entered a relationship with Thomas Orosco and mothered two of his children, Angela and her brother. As Angela grew up, Thomas repeatedly abused and sexually assaulted her,[1] to which her mother told her that she deserved it.[2] Eventually, Angela retaliated by stabbing him to death and fleeing the scene.[3][1] After traveling to Silent Hill, Maine, her subconscious thoughts were manifested into physical form[4][5][6] and she began searching the area for her mother. She believed it had been a long time since she had seen her and fell under the delusion that Thomas was still alive.[7]
In the Otherworld, Angela came to remember the circumstances behind her father's death.[4] Later, she mistook a man in Lakeview Hotel for her mother and remarked that "Now you're the only one left. Maybe then, I can rest."[8]
In other media[]
