The Apartment Keys are a set of keys that Henry Townshend must obtain in Silent Hill 4: The Room. They are found hanging on a wall inside Room 105 of the Apartment World, which belongs to the superintendent of the apartment's real-world counterpart, Frank Sunderland. These keys can be used to unlock every apartment inside the building, excluding Room 303, which is Eileen Galvin's apartment. However, during Henry's second visit to the Apartment World, the door to Room 105 is locked by other means and cannot be opened with the Apartment Keys.
