Ara-abare (アラアバレ)[1] is a creature that was present in Ebisugaoka, Japan, in the 1960s.[2]

Ara-abare was designed by kera for the video game Silent Hill ƒ.[3][4] Ara is a Japanese prefix meaning crude or wild, while abare means to rage or act violently.[citation needed]
