The Basement Key is one of the keys Harry Mason finds in Silent Hill. The key can be found on the large table in the Alchemilla Hospital conference room and is used to open the stairwell that leads to the basement hallway. The hospital generator can be accessed in the basement, and Harry will be able to use the elevator after turning it on.
