Cafe Paradise Noon is a cafe on the second floor of the Central Square Shopping Center that Heather Mason can enter in Silent Hill 3. This is where Heather finds a broken pipe leaking steam near the kitchen area, which can be removed to obtain the steel pipe weapon. Heather can also find two health items behind the counter.

Heather can exit the store through the main double doors to get to the second floor shopping area. The cafe also has an Otherworld version, which Heather must travel back through after the shift occurs.
