"Shotgun" photo.
The Cause of Death Photos are items collected by Travis Grady in Silent Hill: Origins. There are five photos in total, all found within the Riverside Motel. Each one depicts a deceased person, along with a note detailing their cause of death.
The collection includes:
- Cause of death SHOTGUN (1F, maintenance)
- Cause of death SNAKEBITE (2F, Cleopatra suite)
- Cause of death OVERDOSE (Otherworld counterpart, 1F, Rose suite)
- Cause of death STABBING (Otherworld version, 2F, Nero suite)
- Cause of death BROKEN HEART (Otherworld varient, 1F, maintenance)
Trivia[]
- The BROKEN HEART photo is a reference to Richard Grady's suicide.
- The OVERDOSE photo could allude to Lisa Garland's addiction to PTV. It being found in the Rose suite (where Travis later finds her with Dr. Kaufmann) lends further into this.
