The Disk of Ouroboros is an item found in Silent Hill. It is located in Alessa Gillespie's sickroom in the Phaleg hallway on the first floor of Nowhere. In order to enter the room containing it, however, Harry Mason must first obtain and use a certain key. The Disk of Ouroboros is one of five items that must be placed on the final door in Alessa's bedroom.
Silent Hill: Book of Memories[]
It is an equippable DLC Expansion Pack artifact that appears in Silent Hill: Book of Memories. Its description is, "A reddish, clay plate with an imprint of a snake swallowing its own tail."

- The Disk of Ouroboros is modeled after the ancient symbol depicting a serpent eating its own tail. The Ouroboros is a symbol that has been prevalent in mythology as well as alchemy and the occult. It represents the never-ending cycle of death and rebirth.
- In Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, Harry can find a memento shaped like an Ouroboros; the memento is also a ring.
