The Doll's Head is a puzzle item that Henry Townshend must pick up in Silent Hill 4: The Room. The head is one of five pieces missing from a burned doll that Henry encounters during his second journey into the Forest World. In order to leave the forest, Henry must gather all five of the missing doll parts scattered throughout the forest. After finding them all, he must return them to the charred doll torso found in the wreckage of the Wish House Orphanage.
The doll's head is found in the southwest well, near the cemetery within the woods. In order to pick it up, however, Henry must be holding the lit torch as the doll part is too hard to see inside of the dark well.
