The Double Headed Axe is a unique weapon found in Silent Hill: Downpour and can be obtained by entering the code "171678" into a green locker, which will also unlock the nailgun. Inputting this code will result in the axe being a randomly-located weapon. However, inputting the code will unlock the other two randomly-located weapon and prevent Murphy Pendleton from using the weapons redeemable by the same code in any subsequent playthrough. It has high power and extremely high durability. The weapon can also be used to break locks and open doors covered in wood. It can also be found during the Hansel and Gretel Puzzle, hacked in a tree, when unlocked.
