End of Small Sanctuary is a song from Silent Hill 3 and is track 4 in the Silent Hill 3 soundtrack, composed by Akira Yamaoka. In the game, it plays when Heather Mason awakes from her nightmare and meets Douglas Cartland in the shopping mall at the beginning of the game. It continues to play as Heather enters the ladies' bathroom and exits into the alley beyond the window, before stopping when she reenters the building.
