The Examination Room Key is one of the keys Harry Mason comes across in Silent Hill. It can be found on the sickroom panel in the basement's secret basement (B2) of the Otherworld Alchemilla Hospital. Judging from the picture that is also on the panel, it can be discerned that the room belonged to Alessa Gillespie. The key is used to open the door to the hospital examination room on the first floor. The locked door can be accessed from the medicine room and leads Harry to his first meeting with Lisa Garland.
