The Frowning Mask is an item obtained in Silent Hill: Homecoming. Three masks can be collected in order to solve the Mask Puzzle in the dining room of the Otherworld Shepherd House.

Symbolism[]
The mask bears a resemblance to Lillian Shepherd's face. It has a frowning visage. It could represent Lillian's grief over the loss of both her children, Alex and Joshua Shepherd.
