Gallows Inscription

The gallows.

A Gallows Inscription can be found in the prison yard of Toluca Prison in Silent Hill 2. The inscription is used as a clue in order to solve a small puzzle which requires the player to insert three tablets that can be found around the prison into the three slots on the gallows.
