The Guitar is a weapon found in Silent Hill: Book of Memories. It is one of Valtiel's rewards in Zone 9.

The guitar is similar to that of a stereotypical electric guitar that is a vibrant red color painted across the body with black for the details and a yellow-ish/brown neck. The guitar extremely resembles the body shape of an orthodox guitar with its "strat shape" (originally designed by Fender, and is one of the most iconic electric guitar body designs in history). However, the shape is reversed, as in a common electric guitar, the bottom shoulder of the guitar is on the left, and the top is on the right. This is reversed in the Book of Memories guitar design, suggesting that the guitar is for users whose dominant hand is their left.
