The Hatchet is a weapon in Silent Hill: Downpour. It can be found in the streets of Silent Hill and has decent damage but low durability. It can hack through boarded up doors. The hatchet is very powerful when thrown, capable of incapacitating a Screamer with one throw on normal difficulty and a Prisoner Minion with two.
