The Inscribed Jennifer Carroll Statue is found in western Rosewater Park in Silent Hill 2. Jennifer Carroll was purportedly one of the founding members of the Order.
Considered a saint by the cult she helped to establish, the aforementioned statue was erected in the park so she would never be forgotten.
