Jacks Inn is a motel that appears in Silent Hill 2, Silent Hill 3, Silent Hill: The Arcade, Silent Hill: Revelation, and Silent Hill 2 (2024). The Inn is located in west South Vale, directly across from Rosewater Park. It consists of various motel rooms in one large L-shaped building, facing a central parking lot. Part of the building also has two floors; however, the stairs are blocked at the top. Most of the inn interior is inaccessible in the series; however, the exterior can be explored to some degree.
Silent Hill 2[]
In Silent Hill 2, Jacks Inn is one of the explorable locales in South Vale. The building serves no major purpose, however a save point can be found on one of the cars parked in the central lot.
Additionally, if the game has been beaten with each of the three endings, or one ending and the Rebirth ending, the Dog Key can be found inside a dog house near Jacks Inn.
Silent Hill 3[]

In Silent Hill 3, the interior of the inn is seen for the first time. Following the scene in the Daisy Villa Apartments, Heather Mason decides to go to Silent Hill with Douglas Cartland's help. After the car ride, they arrive and take up Room 106 of Jacks Inn, which they decide will be their meeting point after searching separate locations. Before heading to Brookhaven Hospital, Heather can explore the room she and Douglas are using. The room consists of two beds, a small TV and an attached bathroom, among other motel essentials. A save point can also be found near the TV.
After ending her search in Brookhaven Hospital, Heather heads back to Jacks Inn, only to find Vincent Smith alone in the room. He tells her that Douglas went ahead to Lakeside Amusement Park and gives Heather directions to follow him. Shortly before this, a scene is shown in the same room, only this time Vincent is arguing with Claudia Wolf about her plans and her past.
Silent Hill: The Arcade[]

Eric, Tina, Bill, Jessie, Ryan, and George, members of their university's occult club, head to to Silent Hill for its many stories, particularly about the bodies sleeping beneath Toluca Lake. Having a strong interest in the rumors, they took the weekend holiday and went to Silent Hill. They stayed at Jacks Inn and Eric experiences a terrible nightmare. The next morning, Eric exits the inn and discovers Bill wounded with the rest of the occult club missing. Eric and Tina search the town for answers.
Silent Hill: Revelation[]

Jacks Inn appears in the film. On the drive to Silent Hill, West Virginia, Vincent Cooper orders Heather Mason to stop at the inn so that he can try to convince her one last time to turn around. Because the motel is very close to Silent Hill, it shifts to the Otherworld and Vincent is kidnapped by a monster. Heather gathers her belongings, exits Room 106, and walks to Silent Hill to locate her father.
Silent Hill 2 (2024 )[]
Jacks Inn appears in Bloober Team's rendition of Silent Hill 2. It is required to pass through the motel to reach the Moonlight Grove. The rear gate is closed and James Sunderland must type in the right code to the safe to get the key. A save point can be found on one of the cars parked in the central lot; if James uses it, Maria will ask James if he is okay as he has drifted away for a second. In Room 108, Maria finds her original outfit and asks James if she would look good in it, to which he may or may not respond. Additionally, when they enter Room 106, James notices there is something wrong with this room, and if James returns to the room later, a torn wallpaper reveals a hidden Halo of the Sun.
