Kamugara (カムガラ)[1] is a creature encountered by Hinako Shimizu in the 1960s.[2] It is blind, relying on sound to navigate and stalk its prey.

Kamugara is a faceless humanoid restrained by chains and shackles. Hinako observes in her journal that it searches for her by sounds rather than sight.[3]
Behind the scenes[]
It was designed by kera for the video game Silent Hill ƒ.[4][5]
