Leo is a minor character that appears in Among the Damned. He is the leader of a small group of survivors living in a sanctuary in Silent Hill.
Among the Damned[]
Leo opens the door to the sanctuary after hearing Jason and Dahlia fighting off a horde of monsters nearby. He calls them to the sanctuary and gives them a place to stay temporarily. He is welcoming to the newcomers, and when Jason says he wants to leave the next day, Leo allows Dahlia and him to go back out into Silent Hill, wishing them good luck before they depart.
