Mike is a resident of South Ashfield Heights who is mentioned in Silent Hill 4: The Room.
History[]
He lived in Room 301, and was hated by many of the other residents for stalking Rachel, by sending her flowers, love letters, and so forth. The superintendent, Frank Sunderland, mistakenly once thought that Mike was Rachel's boyfriend.
He was an avid collector of porn magazines, even receiving a rare magazine from his late neighbor, Joseph Schreiber.
Mike eventually bumped into Richard Braintree's shoulder one day, and Richard, tired of Mike's behavior, dragged him to his apartment and "skinned" him by ripping off his clothes and beating him. A younger Walter Sullivan watched the scene and, seeing the bloodied clothes, thought that Richard was a heartless killer (later leading to Braintree's cruel death in an electric chair).

Henry finds Mike's jeans.
- Mike is one of the few characters in Silent Hill 4 that wasn't involved directly in the 21 Sacraments.
- Mike heard noises coming from Room 302, which resulted in part of his memories being manifested in Walter's Otherworlds, such as his diary.
- Mike's jeans can be found outside Richard's room (207).
