Monroe Cemetery is a location in Silent Hill that appears in Silent Hill: Downpour. It is located Southeast of St. Maria's Monastery.
It is decorated with statues, memorials, and rows of crypts. The paintings in "The Art Collector" sidequest create a map leading to hidden treasure within a crypt in Monroe Cemetery. When Murphy Pendleton unravels the puzzle to gain access into the crypt, he's awarded with a tomahawk. If he tries to enter the crypt before collecting all the paintings and correctly arranging the map, the entrance to the crypt will be closed.

- During development, Vatra Games held a contest where three statues created by fans would be modeled into the cemetery.
- The cemetery has a strong resemblance to Dargento Cemetery and Rose Heights Cemetery.
