The Public Records Office is a building in Silent Hill that Travis Grady passes through in Silent Hill: Origins. This place houses records regarding the history of people like Dr. Michael Kaufmann and Alessa Gillespie. It is located on Koontz Street just in front of Greenfield Apartments.
Inside, Travis Grady can find a few weapons, including a Typewriter, Filing Cabinet and some Rifle Ammo. Also obtainable are a couple of memos, including the Closed Case file and an Altered Police Report file.
