Ricky was a prison inmate at the Overlook Penitentiary in Silent Hill: Downpour.
Biography[]
Ricky was serving a one-year sentence; he would often send various letters to his wife/girlfriend sharing his dismay about the people he was serving with and the corrections officers. He also emphasized in each letter that he missed his partner dearly and would always remind her of when he would/how much longer it would be until he would return to her. Ricky's dismay began to have reason; at one point, he was called a "rat", and because of this, he fell into trouble with some of the other prisoners and officers. His final letter, however, suggests that everything worked out and that he was going to be released.
Personality[]
Ricky seemed to convey a set of morals in comparison to the people he was in prison with. Because of this, it's likely that he committed a minor crime or was misjudged for something in his past. It may even be possible that his crime was similar to that of Murphy Pendleton's.

Trivia[]
- His story somewhat parallels that of Murphy's. Murphy was serving time in a prison with some dangerous and disturbed people such as Patrick Napier and Sanchez, while dealing with the corrupt officer George Sewell.
