The Riding Crop is a weapon that can be found in Silent Hill 4: The Room. It is one of five weapons exclusively reserved for Eileen Galvin's use. The riding crop can be found the second time Henry Townshend enters the Subway World, in the B2 hallway blocked by refuse. It is designed after the miniature whips used to quicken the pace when riding horses and provides a small damage and range increase for Eileen.
