The Robbie Doll is an item obtained in Silent Hill: Homecoming, Silent Hill: Downpour, and is also a melee weapon in Silent Hill: Book of Memories. Unlike Robbie the Rabbit, the Robbie doll does not count as a character or a monster.
Silent Hill: Homecoming[]
In Silent Hill: Homecoming, Alex Shepherd must obtain the Robbie doll for his younger brother, Joshua Shepherd. The doll is first encountered in Alchemilla Hospital, when Alex goes searching for it. It is found inside a mirror, just having been pulled inside a fleshy hole. Failure to correctly pull the doll out will result in Alex's arm being severed. Once Alex has obtained Robbie he returns it back to Joshua, only for Joshua to run away from him in response.
The Robbie doll is encountered again in the Otherworld Shepherd House, where he is used as a key to solve one of the puzzles.
Robbie can also be seen in one of the Grand Hotel Postcards.
Silent Hill: Downpour[]
In Silent Hill: Downpour, the Robbie doll appears as a collectible trinket obtained in the "Digging Up the Past" sidequest. It is one of the seven collectible trinkets in the secondary "Digging Up the Past" mission. These can be observed in the extras menu in the game.
The Robbie trinket can be found outside of St. Maria's Monastery, at the end of a long flight of stairs to the right. When the player has completed the game at least once, and has completed the secondary mission in "Digging Up the Past" by obtaining all 10 trinkets, the player will receive the "Surprise!" ending.
Despite the statement that this is the bloody rabbit from Silent Hill 3, the doll resembles more in appearance to the Robbie doll in Silent Hill: Homecoming. Both dolls are dark purple, with red eyes, and little to no blood around their mouths.
Silent Hill: Book of Memories[]
In Silent Hill: Book of Memories, the player can unlock a weapon called the Robbie Doll, by going to the main menu and entering the Konami Code, which is Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Square, Triangle, Start. A child's laughter will then be heard to indicate the code has been entered correctly. The player must repeat this each time they load up their character to continuously get more free Robbie Dolls.
