The Security Card is an item in Silent Hill: Downpour, that grants access to a secured office. It can be found in the Centennial Building's flooded garage basement on a wheelchair located near the dead body of a security guard after Murphy Pendleton has used a nearby firetruck to suck up most of the water. Once this card is obtained, the water that was recently sucked up by a firetruck will automatically flush out back down the stairs, forcing Murphy to evacuate to avoid drowning.
