The Silent Hill Police Station is one of the few unlocked buildings in town and holds Silent Hill's police force. It is an optional location in the first Silent Hill game. It is located in Central Silent Hill and surrounded by Rompers.
Harry Mason finds three boxes of handgun ammo and one box holding shotgun ammo. Both the shotgun and the shopping district map can be found here if they are missed at their original locations. An annex room holds the report of one "coroner Seals" regarding the mysterious death of Officer Gucci (Officer Gucci inspired Thomas Gucci in the film canon). A blackboard nearby supplies information on PTV and White Claudia. In the Otherworld version, there are two boxes of rifle ammo, and all doors are locked.

The police station is also visited by both Harry and Cybil Bennett in the Play Novel: Silent Hill. Harry stops by the police station and then leaves, but in Cybil's scenario, there is a puzzle that must be completed to progress. Cybil meets up with Harry in the police station, and then they go to Alchemilla Hospital together.
The police station is also seen in Silent Hill: Homecoming, but cannot be entered.
