The Silent Hill Ranch, located in the mostly rural, south-eastern area of South Vale, is an old, seemingly abandoned cattle or horse ranch that James Sunderland passes by when he first arrives in Silent Hill. A short drive from the Toluca Lake observation deck, the ranch can be seen through an old, dilapidated fence on Wiltse Road, not far from Silent Hill Farms and other similar facilities. Not much can be derived from it, other than it is home to a couple of old barns, two silos, and several oil drums. It is right outside of here that James finds a pile of logs, one of which has a still-running chainsaw buried into it (but only if the required criteria has been met).
Trivia[]
- The Silent Hill Ranch sign's font is changed to Comic Sans in the Silent Hill HD Collection.[1]
