Silent Hill is a 2025 live event in State of Survival, a strategy role-playing video game developed by FunPlus. It is a crossover with the Silent Hill series in which Heather Mason is caught in an alternate world and forced to fend off malicious creatures, including zombies, Bubble Head Nurses, and Red Pyramid Thing.[1][2][3][4]
