Store Front Poseables is a location that appears on the third floor of the Hilltop Center in Silent Hill 3. Heather Mason is able to explore two of the rooms in this area: a reception area with catalog-strewn tables and couches, and a storage room where mannequin parts are kept.
Upon entering the storage room, Heather can pick up some health items and inspect the mannequins, which she comments are "creepy". If she inspects the standing mannequin, she notices it's the only one with a head. Upon turning away from the mannequin, she will hear a scream. If the player chooses to turn back around, its severed head can be seen on the floor with an unnatural amount of blood surrounding it.
Trivia[]
- There are two screams Heather can hear: the first is a high-pitched woman's scream and the second is Heather's scream if she falls down a hole. It is not known if the scream heard is random or determined by certain factors.
