Silent Hill: Ascension is an interactive horror series in which the audience decides the narrative outcomes before an episode airs. The live event aired from October 31, 2023 to April 24, 2024 on the official website and app.[1][2] The canonical episodes were released on video on demand, YouTube, Tubi and Sony Pictures Core on a weekly basis.[3][4] To vote, participants needed “influence points”, which could be obtained for free by engaging in daily puzzles, or through an in-store purchase.[5]
A total of 116 decisions were chosen over the course of the live event.[6]
