I've added the SH1 icon to Alessa, Cybil and Dhalia, since they're based off the SH1 characters. If anyone feels this isn't right though, feel free to remove them. --Faded-Myth 03:18, 6 June 2009 (UTC)

Honestly, I don't feel they belong since the characters are changed so much from their video game counterparts and there are seperate pages for each of them. But I'll leave them up in case anyone disagrees with me, since only you and I are the only ones online to weigh our opinions, ATM. AlessaGillespie 07:26, 6 June 2009 (UTC)
That's fine, I was pretty unsure myself anyway. I mean, yes, they're both Alessa, and the movie is roughly based on the game, so you could look at the icons as merely representing the character Alessa and not being specific. The articles are, the icons aren't. But you could just as easily see it the other way too. --Faded-Myth 07:34, 6 June 2009 (UTC)

Whereabouts of Alessa[]

So - if you watched the film than -in the final scene Alessa's bed ascended from pit (portal) with unquenching fire clearly seen down the pit. Combined with Dark Alessa's words about this nightmare coming to an end - I think it is implied that Alessa finally have her taken to hell as part of a "deal" she struck with the Dark One

As I stated when I reverted your edit, please read the article you're attempting to edit. Alessa did not sell her soul, Dark Alessa is not the devil, and the Otherworld is not hell. AlessaGillespie Talk Contributions 21:23, September 3, 2009 (UTC)

If the Dark One is not devil - then why Sharon and Rose remain in the fogworld? Alessa achieved her revenge upon Cristabella and other cultists - if Aless alone was responsible for Otherworld and fogworld - both should have ended - but it is not the case.... Terran Ghost 01:24, June 11, 2011 (UTC)

Sharon is now Alessa, having recombined with the other side of her soul when she locked eyes with Dark Alessa. Alessa chooses not to leave the fog world, and she's keeping her new mother there with her. AlessaGillespie Talk Contributions 01:48, June 12, 2011 (UTC)

Rather intersting "choice", combined with that the Dark One spared Dahlia's life...... As for me - I thought this was because of the fact that Dahlia did repent for her sin so now the Dark One couldn't take her soul the way he(she) had already taken the souls of both Cristabella (with her cultists) and Alessa.

But it could also be (if the Dark One is really just "bad part" of Alessa's soul and not a demonic entity) that Alessa is trapped in the fogworld the very way Cristabella was trapped - her sins trap her there.Terran Ghost 06:22, June 12, 2011 (UTC)

Christabella wasn't literally trapped by her sins. Alessa created the alternate realms, and dragged everyone she wanted to hurt into them to be punished for what they did to her. If they were literally there for being sinful, then Anna would not exist, as she was at most a few months old when Alessa was burned (which also proves Alessa's vengeance wasn't as pure as one would think). Alessa didn't kill Dahlia because she still loves her, even if Dahlia's weakness was a direct cause of her suffering. So Alessa leaves her in the fog world to continue paying for her role in Alessa's suffering. Alessa is not trapped in the alternate world, but is choosing to stay there with her new mother, Rose. I'd rather say it never was "pure" (Lisa Garland's fate is the fine example - she was hurt simply because Alessa wanted to hurt her, not because of her guilt) - hatred and desire to torture and murder others bears only other hatred to rise. I think, that it could be safe to assume that Alessa didn't needed "assistance" of any other demonic entity, effectively becoming a demon in her own right by having deliberately rejected God's forgiveness and love.

Ok you're talking about a 9 year old girl who was raped and then burned she manifested Dark Alessa to help her carry out her revenge Dark Alessa isn't the devil the otherworld isn't hell Dark Alessa is the outward manifestion of Alessa's hatred and lust for revenge. The otherworld is her distorted view of the world through an abused childs eyes. You guys talk like this about some religious views.Theres no Dark One or Sharon and Rose being dead it's two parrel worlds that coesxist simulatiously.LisaGarland101

Three Alessas[]

Ok I understand Sharon is the remaining goodness inside Alessa while Dark Alessa is the anger and hatred inside Alessa but who's the adult Alessa if she removed her Good half and Bad half whats the Older Alessa then she removed both Halves that formed a whole."LisaGarland101LisaGarland101 19:26, September 24, 2011 (UTC)

Adult Alessa is the empty shell that controls Sharon and Dark Alessa. AlessaGillespie Talk Contributions 04:26, September 29, 2011 (UTC)
"Oh so she was just the original body left behind after both halves of her soul created their own bodies right?"LisaGarland101
Yes. And it's very likely she had some kind of control over both of them, seeing as Dark Alessa would have killed Dahlia and Rose if left to her own rampant evil. AlessaGillespie Talk Contributions 06:50, October 2, 2011 (UTC)
