Resemblances to the Insane Cancer[]
I know we've done resemblances to enemies before, based on the twisted nature of Silent Hill enemies it is interesting to see how others form similarities; however, is it worth counting the ones we have for the insane cancer? All the ones we have so far are zombie enemies that happen to be morbidly obese. Are they note worthy? Opinions. Mechanoise 12:19, June 22, 2012 (UTC)
Specification of the Japanese in Easter egg?[]
I am not sure whether to include transcriptions and/or translations of the Japanese dialogue where #Trivia mentions the relevant Easter egg.
- Heather says 「はいやんか」 hai yan' ka, a dialectal version of 「はいじゃないか」 hai ja nai ka ("Yeah,isn't/doesn't it?").
- The Insane Cancer says 「お〜い、なあ」o~i, naa ("Hey, now"), from the same general Kansai dialect.

I feel it's our responsibility as a wiki to add as much relevent, factual information as possible, so if that truly is what is spoken by each, I find it a good idea to add that little piece of info for the curious. (: ╟_Ωzz… t a l k 21:37, October 17, 2019 (UTC)
