Noticing a pattern in the games[]
I couldn't help noticing that, among the console titles, every other game seems to be directly connected to the original. allow me to list the games in order of release:
- Silent Hill; the original game
- Silent Hill 2; different story
- Silent Hill 3; direct sequel to Silent Hill
- Silent Hill: The Room; only retroactively part of the series
- Silent Hill 0rigins; direct prequel to Silent Hill
- Silent Hill: Homecoming; different story
- Silent Hill: Shattered Memories; Remake of Silent Hill
So by that logic, the next game will have another unique storyline that has nothing to do with the original title. Your thoughts? Xeno the Hedgehog 06:41, November 17, 2009 (UTC)
I think4 and homecoming were kinda sequels to silent hill 2 by little hat tips to it. So the next one is a new story, hope it's good! can't wait for shattered memories, but I think nintendo is just finding the best titles out there and putting them on wii so you buy one. They did it to dead space, although shattered memories looks pretty good on the wii. I just hope there's more monsters than just raw shock. If they make a silent hill 2: re- shattered memories, I'll rofl. " RUN! IT'S PYRAMID HEAD!
