Wheel Chair[]

Why is this page named Wheel Chair? That's not the correct spelling according to Wikipedia or the dictionary. I can't even find sources that say it's spelled that way in foreign countries. AlessaGillespie Talk Contributions 00:26, 25 August 2009 (UTC)

Probably just an honest spelling mistake. I'll move it. --Faded-Myth - Admin Discuss My Workload 01:16, 25 August 2009 (UTC)

Isn't this in the wrong section? Pararaptor 10:17, September 13, 2009 (UTC)

What do you mean? AlessaGillespie Talk Contributions 10:26, September 13, 2009 (UTC)

Why is it under "Monsters" if it's only a design aspect? Pararaptor 10:29, September 13, 2009 (UTC)

I've wondered about that myself. I think it's because the wheelchairs in SH4 attack Henry and act possessed. AlessaGillespie Talk Contributions 10:31, September 13, 2009 (UTC)

Sorry, my mistake. I didn't see that they moved around. Pararaptor 10:31, September 13, 2009 (UTC)

Shapes[]

I've played SH4 both in PC and in PS2, and it seems like one of the chairs is not the same as the others. In the PS2 version I could see a shape in the wheelchairs, as if someone was sitting and moving it. It's even possible to see the shadow they cast on the ground. Has anyone noticed it ever before? I've started playing it again just to make it to the Hospital World and snap a photo or something :P --Lady ligeia 13:19, October 31, 2011 (UTC)

OK, I've played, and I've uploaded the pictures I took ( [1], [2] - only modified brightness to see the shadows, my camera is old and they are tv shots so it's not a good quality). I've even recorded it (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXuJD_vvcbk - PS2 and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8Cs93-hQB8, this time from the PC game just to try). So now my question is: can it be that once you enter the room with the human figure sat on the chair, and that disappears if we re-enter there, that figure join the already possessed wheelchairs of the hall? And that's the one I've been seeing? Maybe Henry disturbed it and it claims revenge this way...--Lady ligeia 19:08, October 31, 2011 (UTC)

Wow, that's really cool! I had no idea that they could enter/exit other hospital rooms too! And I must have played SH4 like 20 times by now. Your explanation seems very likely. —AlexShepherd 22:12, October 31, 2011 (UTC)

Invulnerable?[]

Technically, the wheelchairs are not invulnerable. You can hit them with a weapon and they will stop moving for a period of time. Not sure if it works with guns though. Persephone325 20:30, April 9, 2012 (UTC)
