Seitaro Asano (浅野 清太郎), better known by his pseudonym Teisui Ichiryusai (一龍斎 貞水), was a Japanese narrator. He narrated the drama, Inescapable Rain in Yoshiwara, which is part of the soundtrack for Silent Hill 4: The Room.
He died on December 3, 2020, at 3:35 a.m., due to pneumonia caused by lung cancer.[1]
