Theater Door Plaque

The Theater Door Plaque is found by Travis Grady in Silent Hill: Origins. It is located on the second floor of the east corridor in Artaud Theater's Otherworld. It is a counterpart to the other two door plaques Travis previously found at the Otherworld version of Alchemilla Hospital.
