The Tomahawk is a weapon in Silent Hill: Downpour. It can only be found inside of a coffin in Monroe Cemetery that is only accessible after completing "The Art Collector" sidequest. Its ability to break through boarded-up doors and padlocks, coupled with its high damage output and considerable durability, distinguish it among the most effective weapons in the game.
