Your Diamond Heart is a memento found in Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. Harry Mason finds it in the Resort Area, just outside of Annie's Bar. To obtain the memento, Harry must first use the coin-operated binoculars found outside the bar and point them in the direction of the lighthouse until the coin box opens. The memento is a diamond wedding ring inscribed with the words: "Journeys end where lovers meet".
